Spa Services

We offer an array of signature massage therapy and body treatments for men and women—both members and non-members. Our goal is to provide superior services to relieve stress and promote relaxation. We’re dedicated to offering you outstanding personal service in an atmosphere of serenity.

We follow strict guidelines for quality and technique. Your needs and goals for your spa visit are important to us. You will be draped throughout your session, except for the area of the body your therapist is addressing. Clients under the age of 18 are welcome. However, a waiver must be signed by a parent or guardian.

When you schedule a spa session at the Health & Fitness Center, you will have access to our towels, locker rooms, and separate men’s and women’s steam room, sauna room and whirlpool. Robes are also available for use.

Relaxation Massage
A classic massage that incorporates the main Swedish techniques to stimulate circulation, reduce tension, relieve stress and promote overall relaxation.

Deep Tissue Massage
Restores the structural and functional integrity of the body by improving posture, stimulating circulation and relieving pain from trigger points.

Hot Stone Massage
A sensory-indulging treatment that uses warm stones in tandem with the therapist’s hands to melt away tension and stress.

Fibromyalgia Massage
Massaging designed to benefit the varying needs of people with fibromyalgia.

Aromatherapy Massage
A de-stressing aromatic experience that induces relaxation of the nervous system. Choose from Relaxing, Rejuvenating, Balancing and Energizing.

Pregnancy Massage
A relaxing way to alleviate pregnancy-related tension. Our certified massage therapist provides a caring touch and enough pillows to ensure your comfort.

Cool Stone Facial Massage
Gentle facial massage in combination with cool stones.

Body Polish
A nonirritating, mildly exfoliating service ideal for sensitive skin with its creamy texture and moisturizing qualities.

Body Polish and Relaxation Massage
Our body polish will nourish and rejuvenate your skin. Enjoy warm towels, followed by a stress-reducing massage.

Two-Hour Spa Experience
Escape for awhile! Aromatherapy-themed service begins with an aromatic scalp massage, followed by a cool stone facial massage. Indulge the senses with a body polish, followed by an aromatherapy massage.
2 hours Members: $125 Non-members: $135

Spa Sampler
A little bit of everything! Includes a sampling of relaxation massage, hot stones, cool stones, aromatic scalp massage and more.

St. Mary’s Signature Massage
A classic Swedish massage that includes a dry brush treatment and tangerine purifying back treatment.
60 minutes Members: $65 Non-members: $75

Chair, Foot, Scalp Sessions
We also offer mini sessions for chair, foot or aromatic scalp massage.

Salt Scrub
Stimulates circulation while exfoliating and promoting healing. Boosts subsequent absorption of moisturizing products. Removed with warm towels. Choose from peppermint-rosemary or tangerine.

Sugar Scrub
A decadent and fun exfoliating treatment. Gets rid of dead skin without stinging your cuts and itchy skin. Choose from cranberry or vanilla-orange.

Peppermint Foot Treatment
Includes an exfoliating peppermint salt scrub, warm towels and a relaxing foot massage.
30 minutes Members: $40 Non-members: $50

Tangerine Back Treatment
Includes an exfoliating peppermint salt scrub, warm towels and a relaxing back massage.

Add aromatherapy oils to any spa session for an additional $10. Gift certificates are available for massage therapy and body treatments.

Check-In
We recommend that you check in with the front desk 15 minutes prior to your session so that you have ample time to fill out an intake form, arrange payment and get ready for your spa experience. Your session will end on time, regardless of how late you start, so the next client is not delayed.

Cancellation Policy
We request a minimum of 24 hours notice in the event that you need to cancel or reschedule your session.

Gratuity
Gratuity is always appreciated, yet is discretionary and based on the enjoyment of your spa experience. Gratuity is a personal choice. However, industry norm is 15% to 20%. Unfortunately, gratuity cannot be added to your credit card or check payment. Please be prepared with cash or a personal check to your therapist.
