Mercy Health — Defiance Hospital features an eight-bed emergency center, 17 patient rooms/23 beds, two operating rooms and two procedure rooms. We are connected by walkway to Mercy Health Defiance Fauster Surgery Center and Mercy Defiance Clinic and have a Life Flight helipad for patient transport. We offer physical, occupational, speech therapy including pediatric, aquatic, dry needling, lymphadema therapy, cupping, cardiac rehabilitation and vestibular rehabilitation therapy.

In addition to therapy, Mercy Health — Defiance Hospital offers:

• ADOS testing for autism
• Sleep center
• Congestive Heart Failure Clinic
• EKG, cardiac stress testing and echocardiography
• Neurologic testing
• Chemotherapy
• OP Infusion Services
• Laboratory and radiology services including MRI, Dexa, general and vascular ultrasound, nuclear med, CT, 3-D mammography(tomosynthesis), breast MRI, and interventional radiology procedures

Mercy Health — Defiance Hospital received an A grade for patient safety for Fall 2018 from Leapfrog Hospital Safety Grade for reducing errors, infections and accidents.
