Neurodiagnostic Services

Mercy Health Partners facilities offer comprehensive diagnosis and treatment of patients with disorders of the brain, spinal cord, peripheral nerves and muscles.

Mercy’s board-certified physicians have experience in a wide range of neurological problems including stroke, seizures, Parkinson’s disease, multiple sclerosis, inherited disorders of the nervous system, sleep disorders, headache and other pain systems. Most often, patients are referred for initial diagnosis of symptoms including passing out, paralysis, weakness, numbness, dizziness, visual loss, hearing loss, problems with speaking or swallowing and memory loss. Therapy may include medication prescribed or recommended to the primary physician, physical treatments, injections and medical devices or referral for surgical treatment can be part of the treatment plan, when appropriate.
