In Suite 300, at St. Mary's Cardiac Rehabilitation, outpatient cardiac rehab is provided for people who have experienced a heart attack or a heart procedure like bypass surgery, angioplasty or a stent placement. It's called Phase 2 rehab and during the workout the heart rate and rhythms are closely monitored. Education on diet, activities and risk factors are also provided.
