Visitor Information
We love for you to visit. We believe your very presence aids in the healing of patients and supports their families.
We suggest a few guidelines when you visit the hospital:
- Only two visitors with one patient at one time
- All visitors must wear shoes and shirts
- No smoking or eating in patient rooms
- Do not visit if you have a cold or illness
Visiting Hours
For patients in Constant Care, visitation occurs in 15 minute intervals at:
- 9 a.m.
- 11 a.m.
- 1 p.m.
- 3 p.m.
- 5 p.m.
- 9 p.m.
After 10 p.m., the Main Entrance is locked. You can enter the hospital through the Emergency Department on the west side of the building.
Gift Shop
A gift shop is located in the main lobby. Flowers and gifts can be ordered and delivered to patient's rooms. Call (423) 907-1300.
Chapel
The chapel is also located in the main lobby and is open from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. Ask Security to unlock the doors if you would like to enter after 9 p.m. A prayer book is inside to record prayer requests. Someone prays over those requests everyday. A Sister of Mercy or chaplain is available each day.
