Mercy Health – Springfield Regional Medical Center Auxiliary Announces Tribute Opportunity and November 29 Tree Lighting Ceremony

Mercy Health – Springfield announces that a touching tribute opportunity to honor your loved ones this Christmas is available from the Auxiliary of Springfield Regional Medical Center.

The Lights of Love Celebration is a special way to remember the important people in your life while also supporting top quality care delivered with compassion in your community.

For a minimum donation of $5, the Auxiliary will place your loved one’s name on a snowflake ornament decorating one of the Christmas trees brightening the lobby of Springfield Regional Medical Center this holiday season.

The Auxiliary welcomes you to celebrate your loved one during the 26th annual tree lighting ceremony that marks the beginning of the holiday season at the hospital. The tree lighting service, featuring all of the Lights of Love Celebration ornaments, will take place at 5 p.m. on Wednesday, November 29 in the hospital’s Brougher Conference Center, 100 Medical Center Drive, Springfield, Ohio 45504.

If you wish to honor your loved ones this year, please pick up an order form at the Springfield Regional Medical Center Information Desk, Gardenview Gift Shop or the Volunteer Services office, located on the Garden Level of the hospital. You may also call the Volunteer Services office at 937-523-5190 to request an order form in the mail.

The Auxiliary’s 2017 commemorative book will include all tributes that it has received by Monday, November 20, and the book will be on display in the hospital lobby throughout the holidays.

You may collect Lights of Love Celebration ornaments from the trees between December 26 and January 3. After January 3, you can pick up ornaments from the Mercy Health — Springfield Regional Medical Center Volunteer office. If you have questions or need more information, please call 937-523-5190.
