Mind/Body Group Fitness Classes

Mercy HealthPlex offers a variety of land and aquatic group fitness classes each week including Mind/Body classes like Yoga, Meditation, Pilates Mat and Tai Chi. Group Fitness classes are included in your membership and are unlimited, so feel free to try them all!

Pilates Reformer

Pilates Reformer is a total body conditioning workout on the Allegro Reformer. The workout allows you to work in several planes of motion with a full range at each joint. You work the full length of every muscle while maintaining core control to increase core strength, sculpt legs and arms and flatten abdominals. Pilates Reformer also improves body awareness and posture and increases flexibility and balance while going easy on your joints. Small group classes ensure that you get individualized attention on form and alignment.

  • Build lean body strength
  • Develop optimal core control
  • Increase flexibility
  • Streamline your body

Pilates Reformer is a revolutionary muscle conditioning program that you need to try! We offer free demo classes throughout the week at convenient times - Mondays at 11:15 am, Tuesdays at 6 pm or Wednesdays at 11 am. Reserve your spot in a demo at the Front Desk or call 513-624-1871.

Private (one-on-one) and semi-private (two/three-on-one) Pilates Reformer sessions are also available and are the fastest way to identify and target your fitness goals. Our certified instructors help you assess goals, design a program and progress your routine to help you reach your goals safely and effectively.
