High Intensity Small Group Training
THE FIELD is a brand new high intensity, results-driven workout experience. Action-packed classes offer the push you need to take your fitness to the next level. Don't be afraid to try a class - it's not for beginners, but modifications are given to fit intermediate to advanced levels. Classes are led by our certified personal trainers.
Heart Mini Running Program
Grab your running shoes and join us for a 10-week running program that will get you prepped for the Heart Mini in March! We'll focus on perfecting running technique and form and add strength and flexibility to make sure you're ready to complete whichever race you choose.
