Internal Medicine Specialist Joins Mercy Health Physicians

(CINCINNATI; December 4, 2015) – Mercy Health – Cincinnati, which provides advanced, quality, compassionate care in your neighborhood through its care network, announces that internal medicine specialist Robert Rubin, MD, has joined Mercy Health Physicians. He also serves as associate director of the internal medicine residency program at The Jewish Hospital – Mercy Health, where he oversees the outpatient clinic, which provides care to poor and under-served populations, giving residents real-world experience with a wide array of medical problems and social issues.

“A patient’s mind, body and spirit are linked to that patient’s overall health and well-being. This is something I stress with my residents and something I witness firsthand in my practice,” said Dr. Rubin. “Mercy Health understands this connection and supports comprehensive patient care, which I why I decided to join Mercy Health Physicians.”

Board certified in Internal Medicine, Dr. Rubin completed his Residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Andijan State Medical Institute in 1992 and his Residency of Internal Medicine at The Jewish Hospital in 2000. He earned his medical degree from Andijan State Medical Institute in Andijan, Uzbekistan.

Dr. Rubin began seeing patients on July 15 and practices from Mercy Health – Kenwood Internal Medicine, located at 4750 Galbraith Road, Suite 111, Cincinnati, Ohio, 45236.
