The Jewish Hospital - Mercy Health Offers Twice Monthly Walk with a Doc Sessions at Kenwood Towne Center in July

Mercy Health - Cincinnati, which provides advanced, compassionate, quality care in your neighborhood through its care network, announces that The Jewish Hospital continues its free Walk with a Doc program at Kenwood Towne Center with two sessions in July.

The popular walks take place every other Thursday from 9-10 a.m. at the mall, which is located at 7875 Montgomery Road. Walkers will meet at The Jewish Hospital’s Walk with a Doc booth located in front of Anthropologie near Nordstrom’s inside entrance. New walkers get a free t-shirt and a pedometer to log their steps.

Mercy Health Physician Alter Peerless, MD, an otolaryngologist who practices from Kenwood Ear, Nose and Throat at 4750 E. Galbraith Road, Suite 215, leads the Thursday, July 14 walk from 9-10 a.m. He will discuss signs, symptoms and causes of sinusitis as well as treatment options for the condition.

Mercy Health Physician Alexander Bingcang, DO, who practices family medicine from Blue Ash Family Medicine at 4700 Galbraith Road, Suite 202, leads the Thursday, July 28 walk from 9-10 a.m. He will provide information on the signs and symptoms of strep throat and also discuss treatment options.

Led by a variety of physicians and other health professionals representing a wide array of health, wellness and fitness-related expertise, the walks start with a brief and informative talk on the doctor’s area of specialty before walking. The program is free and does not require pre-registration.

The walk schedule follows below:
• 9-10 a.m. Thursday, July 14 and 28
• 9-10 a.m. Thursday, August 11 and 25
• 9-10 a.m. Thursday, September 8 and 22
• 9-10 a.m. Thursday, October 13 and 27
