Below are resources to help you successfully use your brace or orthotic. Certified athletic trainers are available at each of our locations to assist you with your bracing needs. If you need to be fit for a brace, an adjustment or have general maintenance questions, please call to schedule a time to meet with one of our staff.

Brace Returns

Braces can only be returned if there are manufacturer defects. Bracing is considered a single use device and can only be exchanged if the defect is consistent with the manufacturer warranty. Please call your local coordinator to discuss any issues or concerns that you might have with your equipment.

Broken/Replacement Product

Mercy Health can replace the product if the defect occurs within the timeline of the manufacturer warranty. Please call your local coordinator to discuss a product that has broken or may need replaced.

Product Cleaning Instructions

Each product comes with instructions on how to appropriately clean the brace. These products should always be hand-washed, thoroughly rinsed and air-dried.
