Tuition Assistance

At Mercy Health, we recognize that continuing education contributes to professional improvement and personal renewal. That's why we encourage associates to pursue continuing education by offering a Tuition Assistance Program. The program helps cover the cost of undergraduate- and graduate-level coursework that is directly related to an associate's current job, next logical position or long-term career development at Mercy Health. Associates must meet all the criteria specified in Mercy Health's Tuition Assistance Program Policy in order to qualify for this benefit.

In addition, Mercy Health University's VISIONS program, which was originally developed by our Mercy Health Partners region in the Toledo area, helps qualified associates pursue associate or bachelor's degrees by providing them with tuition assistance and funds to cover the cost of required books. The program also offers extensive additional services, including vocational education, career counseling, support and connections to community resources.
