Paducah, KY (February 7, 2017) – Lourdes Foundation is the recipient of a 2016 grant provided by the Honorable Order of Kentucky Colonels and an anonymous donor to the Lourdes Foundation. This grant will provide for an interactive therapy system for acute rehab patients with disabilities resulting from traumatic injuries and other neurological and movement disorders.
The Honorable Order of Kentucky Colonels is a non-profit 501 (c) 3 charitable organization of talented and capable men and women appointed by the Governor of the Commonwealth of Kentucky because of their service to the state. The group acts as the Governor’s ambassadors of Kentucky’s heritage and rich history of arts and entertainment.
The Honorable Order of Kentucky Colonels’ primary objective is to support needy Kentucky charities and worthy Kentucky organizations by raising money from the membership to help these organizations who stand ready to help citizens share in Kentucky’s boundless future. We celebrate this mission and encourage and affirm one another in these efforts.
