The 28-bed acute inpatient rehabilitation program at Otto J. Diller Rehabilitation Center at Lourdes has been a leader in providing a patient-centered rehab experience since opening in 1985, and continues to provide excellent rehabilitative services to Western Kentucky.

We provide a healing and nurturing environment that supports recovery and empowers the persons we serve to resume their lifestyle at the highest possible level of independence and returning those persons served to their community.
Our persons served receive outstanding care with a multidisciplinary team approach utilizing 24 hour acute rehabilitation nursing care, physical therapy (PT), occupational therapy (OT), speech therapy (ST), and social work under the direction of our rehabilitation physicians.

Lourdes Otto J. Diller Acute Inpatient Rehabilitation Program is fully accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF) for Comprehensive Inpatient Rehabilitation and Stroke Specialty Program.

Lourdes Outpatient Rehabilitation
Staffed by highly trained individuals who utilize the latest state-of-the-art equipment to provide comprehensive care to patients with a variety of movement and neuro-musculoskeletal disorders. Outpatient Rehabilitation services include physical, occupational, and speech therapies.
