The Otto J. Diller Rehabilitation Unit inpatient multidisciplinary team collaborates with the persons we serve, and their family, to assist and empower our persons served in improving their quality of life and achieving their highest level of independence with the goal of returning to their community. The person served and family is a vital part of our team, which includes:

  • Admissions Coordinator
  • Rehabilitation Physician
  • Acute Rehabilitation Nursing Care Team
  • Physical Therapist
  • Occupational Therapist
  • Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Social Worker
  • Registered Dietician
  • Chaplain

Persons Served

Our program is designed for persons 16 years and older who require:

  • An Inpatient setting with 24-Hour Acute Rehabilitation Nursing Care
  • At least 2 therapy disciplines (PT, OT, ST) - and can participate for 3 hours/day, 5 days/week
  • 24 availability of a rehabilitation physician

Our program is designed to serve the special needs of persons with:

  • Stroke
  • Spinal Cord Injury and Tumor
  • Amputations
  • Multiple Trauma
  • Brain Injury
  • Complex Orthopedic Conditions
  • Neuromuscular Disorders

To utilize our inpatient acute rehab a patient must be referred by a physician. To initiate the admission process, please call the rehabilitation admission coordinator at 270-444-2867.
