Blood Cancer Support
Sponsored by the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, the Blood Cancer Support Group is available to those who are living with any type of blood cancer. Meetings are held the 4th Monday of the month at 7:00 p.m., Springfield Regional Cancer Center.
The Caring Friends group provides information and support to anyone who has a past or present diagnosis of cancer with topics ranging from education to sharing of experiences. Meetings are the 3rd Tuesday of the month at 12:00 p.m., Springfield Regional Cancer Center.
Lung Cancer Support Group
This support group, facilitated by those who have experienced lung cancer, meets once a month and offers encouragement, hope, and emotional support. It is open to all people living with lung cancer, survivors, family members, caregivers, and friends. Meetings are the 2nd Tuesday of the month at 6:00 p.m., Springfield Regional Cancer Center.
Pink Ribbon Society
This group, facilitated by breast cancer survivors, provides a caring atmosphere in which women in all stages of survival can reach out to each other, offer help in coping, and have the opportunity to openly discuss their experience with breast cancer. Meetings are the 1st Tuesday of the month at 7:00 p.m., Springfield Regional Cancer Center.
