Application Process

In order to be considered for this residency, the applicant must:

  1. Possess a strong interest in critical care medicine clinical pharmacy practice
  2. Demonstrate a desire to teach
  3. Be eligible for licensure in the state of Ohio
  4. Participate in an on-site interview
  5. Complete an ACPE-accredited Pharm.D. Degree program
  6. Be enrolled in or previously completed an ASHP-accredited PGY1 Pharmacy Residency
  7. Participate in the ASHP Resident Matching Program
  8. Be able to start July 1

The applicant must submit the following application materials via the Pharmacy Online Residency Centralized Application Service (PhORCAS) at https://portal.phorcas.org/

  • Letter of interest/intent
  • Current curriculum vitae
  • Three professional references on standardized template
  • Official college of pharmacy transcripts
