U.S. News & World Report Names Two Mercy Health - Youngstown Hospitals Among Best in Ohio

Only 26 Ohio hospitals were recognized as Best Regional Hospitals in the 2017-18 U.S. News & World Report Best Hospitals rankings, and two Mercy Health - Youngstown hospitals were among them. St. Elizabeth Youngstown Hospital ranked 18th in Ohio, with St. Elizabeth Boardman Hospital in the 22nd position. The U.S. News rankings are among the most well-known and meaningful measures of hospitals’ innovation, quality and care delivery, providing consumers with critical insight as they make important healthcare decisions. The Ohio rankings, which were released Tuesday, did not include any other Mahoning Valley hospital.
