	September 2023 Dr. Laks was professional (in appearance and performance), respectful, pleasant, and patient. Not condescending. He took his time, showed me the tests that indicated this appointment, explained the results of my tests using a model, and heard me out on my concerns. Even though they may not have been related, he categorized those concerns and informed me about the cardiac area my symptoms indicated. I greatly appreciate his manner. Thank you!
	September 2023 Dr.Laks is the most patient physician I've ever seen. He listens and responds to every concern and does not rush to end the appointment until I have all my questions and concerns addressed.
