What is Performance Training/Sports Strength and Conditioning?

Performance Training/Sports Strength Conditioning is individual or group session with trained exercise specialists that develop programs to optimize our performance. These sessions are for the novice or professional athlete. Sessions can improve upper and lower body strength, flexibility, speed, agility, quickness and injury prevention.


What to expect from Performance Training/Sports Strength and Conditioning?

Sessions can be customized to address findings of Performance Assessments or Packages. Sessions focus on flexibility, strength and movements specific to your sport and/or position. Our goal is to maximize your performance while reducing the risk of athletic injuries. The key to this program is strengthening the body parts that prone to injury.
