We are co-located with Mercy Health — Occupational Health Services, Fairfield which offers the following services.
- Drug Screening - Urine and Hair Tests
- Alcohol Screening - Breath Alcohol
- DOT Physical Exams
- Pre-employment Physical Exams, including Lift Tests, Audiogram and Vision Tests.
- Return to Work Physicals and Fit for Duty Physicals
- Employment Lab Tests such as Urinalysis, Blood Glucose Testing, Lead Testing
- Routine Bloodwork: CMP, CBC, and Lipid Panels
