Mercy Health has partnered with Corinthian Baptist Church & Shiloh Seventh-day Adventist Church to create an easily accessible vaccination site for the communities of Bond Hill, Norwood, Avondale and surrounding neighborhoods.

The Jewish Hospital - Mercy Health and the care team from Mercy Health – Avondale Internal Medicine will be administering first dose Pfizer vaccines at this event to adults and children age 12-17 with parental or legal guardian consent. Patients will need to come back to Corinthian Baptist Church for their second dose. Mercy Health will schedule second dose appointments when patients receive their first dose.

You will need to bring the following items to your vaccination appointment:

  • A mask (if you do not have a mask, one will be provided)
  • Form of identification
  • Insurance card
  • An attestation form is available for you to print and complete prior to your appointment.
The vaccination event is part of “A Day of Blessings,” presented by Corinthian Baptist Church, Pastor KZ Smith, and Cincinnati Shiloh Seventh-day Adventist Church, Pastor Bryant Smith. The event features free food, backpacks filled with school supplies, clothing vouchers, music, free vaccinations, vendors and more. All ages are welcome although vaccinations are limited to adults and children 12-17 with the appropriate consent.
