Change Your Life for the Better and Register for Virtual Quit Smoking Classes
Fall is just around the corner, marking a time of transition. The seasons change and so can you! Why not mark the start of a new season by dropping the smoking habit?
While quitting is tough, the benefits to you and those who love you are worth it. Mercy Health can help you make a change for the better with a free series of virtual quit smoking classes taking place over Zoom this fall.
The class size is limited to 15 for comfortable group interaction and discussion. Attendance at all eight sessions is required to complete the class.
Call 513-603-8601 by Wednesday, September 1 to reserve your space and allow enough time to receive your participant workbook at home.
The classes take place from 6-7:30 p.m. on the following days:

- Monday, October 11
- Monday, October 18
- Monday, October 25
- Wednesday, October 27
- Monday, November 1
- Monday, November 8
- Monday, November 15
Mercy Health partners with the American Lung Association to offer the Freedom from Smoking classes, which feature a step-by-step plan for quitting smoking. Each session helps smokers gain control over their behavior. Because no single quit smoking plan is right for all smokers, the program presents a variety of evidence-based techniques for individuals to combine into their own plan to quit smoking. The small group format encourages participants to work on the process and problems of quitting both individually and as part of a group
Since it was first introduced over 35 years ago, the American Lung Association's Freedom from Smoking program has helped hundreds of thousands of Americans end their addiction to nicotine and begin new smoke free lives.
