The Jewish Hospital - Mercy Health Speaker Series Continues at the Mayerson JCC on Wednesday, February 7 with Discussion on Job Stress

Mercy Health - Cincinnati, which provides advanced, quality, compassionate care in your neighborhood through its care network, announces that The Jewish Hospital - Mercy Health’s free speaker series continues at the Mayerson JCC on Wednesday, February 7, with a discussion on how to remove stress from the workday.

 

For many people, work is a leading cause of stress, which can lead to health issues. Join The Jewish Hospital — Mercy Health and Mayerson JCC as we discuss workplace stress. The presentation and Q&A will be led by internal medicine providers Barry Brook, MD and Eithan Orlev-Shitrit, MD, who will provide tips on identifying and dealing with work-related stress and techniques to improve work-life balance.

 

The program begins at 5 p.m. with appetizers and refreshments, followed by the discussion and Q&A, which runs from 5:30-6:30 p.m. Please note, start time is 30 minutes earlier than usual. The Mayerson JCC is located at located at 8485 Ridge Road, Cincinnati 45236.
