Mercy Health – Cincinnati invites the public to an open house event at the Cincinnati Ballet to meet the Mercy Health physicians, physical therapists and athletic trainers who provide care to performing arts patients from this location.

The open house takes place from 5 to 7 p.m. on Thursday, March 24, at Mercy Health’s offices at the Cincinnati Ballet, located at 1801 Gilbert Ave., Suite B, Cincinnati, Ohio 45202. 

This suite is home to Mercy Health – Orthopedics and Sports Rehabilitation, Cincinnati Ballet. Orthopedic surgeons and sports medicine specialists Lisa Vickers, MD (foot and ankle care), Mahmoud Almasri, MD (hip, knee and shoulder care) and Ankit Bansal, MD (hip, knee and shoulder care) practice from Mercy Health – Orthopedics and Sports Rehabilitation, Cincinnati Ballet. In addition, Risa Spieldoch, MD provides primary care services to the Ballet’s dancers.

Joining the doctors on site are a skilled team of experts providing sports performance and rehabilitation services geared toward the special needs of performing artists.

Mercy Health – Orthopedics and Sports Rehabilitation, Cincinnati Ballet is a 3,000-square-foot, state-of-the-art facility offering specialized performing arts medicine services and orthopedic care. Practitioners at the facility treat both performing artists and dancers, as well as members of the community in need of orthopedic and sports medicine services.

Performing Arts Medicine is the specialized assessment, management and rehabilitation of the injuries that performing artists endure. In addition to offering performing arts medicine and orthopedic care, the expanded Cincinnati Ballet location offer physical therapy and cash-based services, including Pilates.
