As a lifetime resident of NW Ohio and the daughter of Putnam County natives, I am honored to serve neighbors, friends and their families locally. Board certified in Family Medicine, I provide primary care to patients of all ages. 	December 2023 Dr. Marzak is a very professional doctor and explains everything in great detail. She is also open for discussion about new medications on the market and family history and preventative care.
	November 2023 The doctor was very helpful and didnt push me to things I didnt want. She listened to me and explained choices to help me. She even drew a diagram of what the medications for me do. I was very relaxed and very happy to have her as my new doctor!
