Being a nurse practitioner is very rewarding. I love interacting with my patients and seeing the progress they make. As a healthcare provider, I try to meet my patients where they are in life and be a good listener. Outside of work, I enjoy taking care of my horses, chickens, goats, and dogs. I believe that kindness and compassion go a long way and I try to live life to the fullest. My motto is 'Buy the shoes. Eat the cake. Take the trip!'

	August 2025 Wonderful and so pleasurable experience. Dr. Kelley took her time to hear all concerns, asking questions that made me feel so comfortable. Not only was she so informative, but she was able to communicate health concerns, prescriptions in a manageable way for me to understand. Leaving the appointment, I felt so encouraged to continue my health journey and early screenings, as well as to keep up with my doctor appointments, cannot recommend Dr.Billie Kelley enough.
