Meet Carlisle

I am originally from the area, and my plan has always been to return to and serve the area. I graduated from Cardinal Mooney High School, then Walsh University, received my medical degree from Ohio University, and completed my Family Medicine residency in Boardman. I am excited to start building my practice by serving patients from birth through end of life. I dedicate my free time to my children, my pets, reading, and my new hobby of crochet!

	August 2025 Dr Cope laid a schedule of how she wanted to address my issues. I was agreeable on all procedures discussed.
	August 2025 First time visit to get established with a new dr. Previous Dr relocated out of the area. The dr. Was prepared for the visit when I saw her. She looked at the medical history and physician notes before she walked in the room. She took the time to answer all the questions I had and I did not feel rushed. Best appointment with a physician I have ever had
