I earned my bachelor’s degree in dietetics from Ohio University, then obtained a Master of Science in nursing from Xavier University. I hold a national certification with the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) as a family nurse practitioner as well as personal training certification from the American Academy of Sports Medicine. I strive to improve my patient’s health through nutrition and fitness.
