Meet Celia
After finishing my OB/GYN residency at Mercy St. Vincent Hospital, I was honored to have been given the opportunity to continue to serve the patients in this area. My goal is for all patients to feel they are being heard and their concerns are valid. I am here to be their advocate in all stages of life. Toledo holds such a special place in my heart and I am grateful to be a part of this community.
