I am a native of Spencerville, Ohio and attended medical school at the Medical College of Ohio in Toledo. I practice medicine in my Lima office and have special interests in pediatrics, public health, and women’s health. I am currently the Medical Director for Allen County Public Health. In my spare time, I enjoy long walks on the beach and my kids sporting events. My staff and I are proud to provide care to our local communities.

	January 2024 I really like Dr. Gaynier and have been a patient of hers for almost 20 years.
	January 2024 When I have to go to the doctor I want to see the doctor. Dr. Gaynier does a great job explaining things to me. She talks to her patients. Some Doctors do not listen to what you're telling them. She does! Always a smile on her face.
