	December 2023 Dr tames rd is very good about keeping on me about things I should start doing. Like stop smoking! Sugar intake and starting a new medication for my terrible anxiety. I told him it's my new years resolution and he will be proud when I come back in a few mis. Glad that he keeps telling me the benefits to come if I do these things
