I am a new member of St. Rita's Medical Center. I am board certified in interventional pain management and physical medicine and rehabilitation. My approach to pain management focuses on a multi-disciplinary regimen. In addition to pain, I treat patients suffering from the sequela of traumatic brain injuries, strokes, spinal cord injuries, neuromuscular diseases, or conditions causing an impairment in quality of life or functional capabilities.

	July 2025 Doctor Scribner and his nurse practitioners are part of a small group of people left in the medical field that truly care about their patients. Dr. Scribner is very down to earth and explains everything about your condition in the most effective way possible. He will describe everything in layman's terms and will answer any questions you have regarding your condition, medication, and treatment options available. I highly recommend Dr.Scribner to people suffering from chronic pain.
