I am a board certified orthopaedic surgeon specializing in sports medicine and orthopaedic problems. I am an international authority on the diagnosis and treatment of complex knee problems. I was an orthopaedic surgeon in the US Air Force, commissioned as a Lieutenant Colonel, and began my landmark research into knee ligament injuries, biomechanics, injury prevention, and diagnosis and treatment of serious knee disorders.

	August 2023 I have never had a more thorough and insightfull physician who truly wanted to help.
	July 2023 Dr. Noyes is very thorough very observant on explaining to me of what I need and what he wants to do.
	June 2023 The care by every provider was excellent! Every on e was kind and helpful and took me to listen and ask questions. Have never had such good care.
	June 2023 The PA was very knowledgeable and professional. He did a good physical exam. Dr. Noyes was very respectful and understood my case. Unlike several other knee specialists who all they wanted was to do knee replacement surgery, Dr. Noyes said I need to address my current problem, which is recover from a recent injury, rehabilitate the knee and that I do not need knee replacement eminently.
