With a passion for patient education and disease prevention, I am thrilled to return to northwest Ohio to practice in the primary care setting. Dual certified in family and women’s health practitioner, I play an active role in optimizing the health and wellbeing of others. I believe in the importance of building meaningful relationships. When not at the office, you can find me traveling, hiking, and spending time with friends and family.

| August 2023 Hannah Vaughn CNP always goes above and beyond. I never feel rushed when I go in there she sits and listens to all of my concerns. She is very thorough and explain things to me in a way I can understand. She always goes the extra mile in making sure I understand what she said during the visit. I needed an anabiotic and she was sure to make sure I knew about the most likely side effects to come with taking the anabiotic. It's nice to feel like she truly cares when she talks about preventative screenings due to family history. Hannah sets the bar high for family medicine by providing excellent care! |
