Meet Heather
I am a type 1 diabetic and relate with my patients diagnosed with this disease. My passion is to encourage self -care and compliance to decrease progression of comorbidities. I joined Mercy Health to manage diabetes. The mission mirrors my ethics of providing compassionate care to the community. As a previous provider in Nephrology, I am a resource to my patients who have chronic kidney disease. I currently work in Urgent Care, too.
