Meet Jacinta
Born and raised in Putnam County, I am blessed to serve my hometown community being board certified in both Family Medicine and Geriatrics. I have a special interest and additional fellowship training in caring for our elderly population. I primarily care for patients at several nursing homes, where I strive to improve both the health and quality of life of my patients.
