I am an Adult Joint Reconstruction specialist. I perform total and partial knee replacements, direct anterior hip replacement and revision arthroplasty as well as robotic assisted surgeries. I also treat general orthopaedic conditions including adult fracture care and arthroscopic procedures of the knee and shoulder. I am a native to the greater Youngstown area and am dedicated to improving the lives of the patients of our community.

	March 2025 Dr Dawson was very caring. Fully and carefully explained pros and cons of knee replacement surgery should we decide to make the choice. Gave us alternatives to cope with pain ie cortisol shots in both knees Dr Dawson carefully administered this medication in both knees. We will return for follow up appointment in 6 weeks. Dr Dawson was very caring and professional and explained in detail all questions pros and cons leaving us with a very good understanding. He was excellent. Can't say enough positive comments reference Dr Dawson's professional knowledge and demeanor. The greatest. Truly appreciate Dr Dawson's opinion and highly recommend.
