I was born and raised in rural Ohio. I attended The Ohio State University for my Bachelor's in Nursing which lead me to work as a critical care nurse at Saint Rita's Medical Center. After years of nursing, I returned to college obtaining my Master's degree from the University of Cincinnati and became certified by The American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.
