An Ohio native, I am joining Milford Family Medicine having just completed my residency training in Kirksville, MO. I chose Family Medicine because I like caring for people of all ages. I endeavor to explain disease processes to my patients so we can work together to develop a care plan best for them. In my free time I enjoy relaxing with friends and family, the theatre, and all things Harry Potter.

	May 2025 Dr. MacSwords is one of the best doctors I have. she listens to me then discusses my problems then we talk about what to do. I have very complex problems and she works her way through them methodically to come to a conclusion. Other doctors will only listen to one problem, but we are trying to figure out how mine might be connected. She is wonderful.
