I am a Certified Nurse Midwife caring for women from menarche to menopause. I provide compassionate, evidence-based care guided by research, experience, and your values. With 10+ years as a labor and delivery nurse, I respect each patient’s strength and individuality. I foster trusting relationships and empower women to make informed choices and reach their health goals. Outside work, I enjoy reading, the outdoors, and time with my kids.
