Jessica Hartman, APRN-CNP

This office is AMAZING!!! Every single experience here, esp with Front desk Jordan, my MA, Jordyn, and with esp, Jessica Hartman, CNP, (MY HOPEFULLY LIFETIME CAREGIVER), is better than the last experience! Jessica is truly is the BEST CAREGIVER I HAVE EVER HAD! She cares more about her patients than any PCP I'VE EVER COME IN CONTACT WITH!! And I'm an RN, so I totally get it. Her knowledge, also, especially coming from me, (again, a FELLOW RN), Is unmatched! I have a lot of "unusual", for lack of a better word, medical issues that frequently come up!! And she has gotten the "new" diagnosis of EVERY SINGLE one of them, (even if she referred me to a specialist to be sure), exactly right! That alone makes me feel like I have the best person that I could have EVER HAVE DREAMT OF, taking care of ME! And I, (as well as ALL OF HER PATIENTS, I am sure), feel like I am her ONLY PATIENT!! She has gotten my blood pressure (which has been so labile and out of control for years), NOW... TOTALLY UNDER CONTROL!! She also, so importantly, cares about me, as a whole patient. She cares very much about diet/exercise, but doesn't really push it on you unless you keep asking about it which I did because I have needed to start an exercise program for so long and have of course at age 55, put it off! SHE Fully encourages and compliments me, where appropriate, but does NOT EVER (AGAIN) MAKE ME FEEL BAD, about ie.,the fact that I'm struggling to start an exercise program, etc. She is just one of a kind!! And when I bring all that home and discuss it with my family, It motivated my 20 yo son, to start an exercise program~~and he lost 75 pounds in seven MONTHS!! And he is NOT one of her patients. It's just from what I was talking about and bringing home from talking with her that encouraged HIM! THAT, IS AMAZING!! But we talk about wellness, because diet and exercise, are the things in my life, that I continuously tell her I need so much improvement in!! AND~~~I am proud to say, that yesterday after talking to her, yet AGAIN), (and my diet~~~which again has completely changed months ago because of her), Is now combined, with my NEW, YES~~~ Walking program! I walked a little under a mile both yesterday and today!!! And the excitement I feel is off the charts!! I plan to walk seven days a week!! And in my heart, I know it's mostly because of her and her , both of us, knowing it would definitely help my blood pressure, my blood sugar, every single thing that i/all, that is medically "off", walking can ONLY HELP!! Thank you, JESSICA HARTMAN, CNP!!! I just don't know how I could have anyone better than her taking care of me!! I feel extremely blessed to have found her!! And now I am so beyond excited to get healthy!! I have so much more I could say about her, but I don't think I have room! Thank you, Mercy, Perrysburg family physicians for having this awesome group of people and also a walk-in clinic. I mean this place just is above any office I have ever seen/or esp worked at! Anytime she attempts to diagnose something...., she makes sure to refer me to the proper specialist also, to be 100% sure rather than just taking it on herself and I respect her so much for that! She's truly doing her Life's work that God had planned for her!! And, SHE IS 100%, WHERE (this office), God wanted her to do/be!! I hope she NEVER LEAVES!! Again, I cannot put into words how happy I am that I found her and hopefully she will be my PCP, until ~~~? (I am 57, so at least 30 years!!) Lol! It was so important for me to finally ne able to put all of my thoughts into words, so thank you for that Press-Ganey!! (I am very much a talker too, so that might make it easier to understand why this was so long! This is the best office I have ever witnessed, had excellent care from, (and I've worked in a few as an RN), and it does NOT GET ANY BETTER THAN THIS!! Everyone from when you check in to when you check out and get your next appointment has a smile on their face even if they might be having a bad day I would never know it!!Show less
