I have been with Mercy Health - Paducah Neurology practice since 2016, and I am the only fellowship-trained Epileptologist in Western Kentucky. I have a passion for Neurology and have practiced for over 10 years. I have a special interest in epilepsy, stroke, headache, Parkinson’s disease, memory disorders and multiple sclerosis.

Dr. Couch always ready to answer all my questions and offer any assistance he can. Listens to my concerns and tries to reassure me that things probably won't be as bad as I think for the immediate future at least.
