I have been with Mercy Health - Paducah Neurology practice since 2016, and I am the only fellowship-trained Epileptologist in Western Kentucky. I have a passion for Neurology and have practiced for over 10 years. I have a special interest in epilepsy, stroke, headache, Parkinson’s disease, memory disorders and multiple sclerosis.

	August 2024 Dr Couch is a good listener and he explained fully what he thought my care plain should be.
	August 2024 Dr. Couch explained results of my tests from April hospital stay. Glad to have someone do that. I'd read results in My Chart, but I am not medically trained. Felt relieved after visit.
	August 2024 Dr. Jim Ed Couch answered all of my questions that I had written down prior to my visit. He didn't try to rush me and he explained everything in detail so I could understand it. I wish more doctors were like him and not limit patients to 15 minutes and only ask if you need any refills.
