I enjoy internal medicine because it allows me the opportunity to understand health and disease in a patient as a whole. Practicing primary care allows me to form strong physician-patient relationships characterized by patient advocacy, patient education and improved health literacy. My goal is to improve quality of life and health in all my patients, while helping them better understand their disease processes.
