	July 2025 Dr. Cacciotti was extremely genuine, caring, and thorough when discussing care options after my recent miscarriage. After feeling very overwhelmed in the ER with not a lot of personalized discussion about my options for management, Dr. Cacciotti took the time to explain all of my options but especially with regards to how they would help or look with my case/symptoms (referencing my ultrasound results and which management strategy might be helpful based on what she was seeing, discussing her experience and what I might expect when proceeding with each choice, etc). It was the care I really needed in this extremely difficult time, and I felt very supported. The whole office has been extremely patient, responsive, and caring, and Dr. Cacciotti exemplified that as well with additional highly excellent clinical care, in my opinion. I am very grateful to have her on my team as my OB!
