Never one to pass up an opportunity to travel, I have been fortunate to visit a number of amazing places, but nothing beats coming home. I was born and raised here, so after my time in nursing and medical school it only made sense to return home to care for patients in the town where I grew up. I also serve on the Medical Board to help ensure that great care is never far from home.

	January 2024 Dr. Melissa Purvis is the best Dr. I have ever had! She always takes time to listen to me and shows concern for any medical issue that I may have. She is quick to order tests if needed or refer me to a specialist to help assist in any medical problem that needs further attention.
