	July 2024 Dr. Cratsley has been a wonderful provider. He has also done his best to get me back to 100%, including with this visit. If he's unable to get to a solution, he refers me to someone he can. I'm grateful for his help and professionalism and I highly recommend him!

	July 2024 Dr. Michael Cratsley read my elbow X-Ray, discussed the findings, then proceeded to aspirate the cyst I presented with. He gave me a treatment (triamcinolone injection), and discussed the follow-up plan in detail. I'm writing this note four-days post procedure, my elbow feeling better than it has in a year.
