Meet Rebecca
I have worked in health care for 15+ years. My goal is to provide quality care to patients living with heart failure and my passion is providing individualized patient education in words anyone can understand. Not only is heart failure a chronic illness but also affects the whole family. I strive for patients and their families to have a better understanding of their condition, treatments and medications used to improve their quality of life.
