	March 2025 Dr Velur was great. She took the time to listen and she's great at educating. She even drew out pictures and diagrams to help explain the medical process and terminology.

	March 2025 Dr. VELUR was quite personable, yet in a professional way, and spoke very clearly and in understandable terms. She asked me several times during our discourse if I had any questions. I never felt rushed nor did I feel talked down to. She spoke simply and concisely and I felt that I was a part of the decision-making. She seemed genuinely interested in my case and confident in our treatment approach.
	March 2025 Dr. Velur showed me so much compassion and understanding for how I have been feeling for so long. I felt heard for the first time. I have such faith that she is going to help me feel better. I can't not Thank her enough. She is such a wonderful asset to Mercy!!
