	January 2024 Always a positive experience.
	January 2024 Dr. Bowen explained what my medical problem was and what medications I needed to clear up my symptoms and whether I should return.
	January 2024 Dr. Bowen was very direct about what she wanted to do regarding my care. She does not appear to let things slide through the cracks. This is what I want.
	December 2023 Very professional. Very polite and assured me I was in good hands. If procedure may have taken a bad turn I was notified I would be transported by ambulance to nearest hospital.
